Going Mobile in Oz

A recent trip to Sydney was a mix of very good and very bad customer service. Virgin were good. Air New Zealand were flawless. Baia in Darling Harbour had good food and polished table staff. Central Baking Depot had great coffee.
But the service from Vodafone was awful. A badly trained, indifferent sales person sold me the wrong product. Incompetent phone support cost me a lot of money. Emailed VF tech support. After 4 days I got this
